Just wanted to say how appreciative we all are of the compassion and sensitivity that you have shown over the last few weeks during this very difficult time when dealing with my family, from collecting Mary right up until you dropped us to the Bellair Club, you have shown nothing short of professionalism. I have attended many funerals with Andy and never been disappointed with his hearted and sometimes humorous and sympathetic speeches.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my husbands funeral a day me and our family will always remember. Although a very sad day it was conducted with the upmost care and attention. The care and attention we received from Debi and Andy was second to none.

Hi Andy
We wanted to say a big thank you to you Andy and your family for all the help and support you gave us in organising my Dad's, Mick Gillen's, funeral. We have never had to organise a funeral before, and you were recommended to us as being a lovely family firm which was fitting for us as our Dad was a true family man.
From the moment we walked into your funeral service in Winter Road we were made to feel at ease with your son whilst we waited for you to return. When you returned you were kind, friendly and easy to talk to. We then hit you with the 'tall order' of trying to organise our Dad's funeral by the Friday of that week (we were in your office Monday morning), due to family commitments. You and your family pulled out everything for us and managed to make it happen, which we are really grateful.
On the day of the funeral, you quickly sorted out the car arrangements for us when a couple of elderly relatives turned up unexpected at the house, thank you again. You also made it extra special for us (and my Mum) on the day when my Dad's grandchildren and close family were able to walk behind him down to St Mary's Church.
Thank you again for making such a hard time easier.
I just wanted to send you an email before I go back to Australia today.
I wanted to say a big thank you to you, Debbie and Andy for all the hard work you did for mums funeral. I have never had to organise a funeral before and had no clue where to start. I have to say the best thing I ever did was deciding to call you guys. From the very first phone call where I spoke to you and told you we were financially not well off, you were so caring and understanding and you treated me with such respect and dignity and you helped me plan the best funeral we could afford for my mum.
I felt instantly relieved after speaking too you. I am so sure that all of your other clients must feel the same way as well. Debbie was so lovely and reassuring when I met her and she listened to me babble on as I was having a bad day and she showed me such respect and empathy. As for Andy... well can I just say there is absolutely no one else whom we would have wanted to do my mums service.
We walked into meet him on Tuesday afternoon and he made us feel so comfortable and at ease. He really wanted to know as much as he could about mum and asked lots of questions about her and us and made us laugh a few times as well. He made my brother who was very close to my mum feel at ease and feels good about the meeting. When it came to us seeing mum I realise we were there for quite a while and poor Andy probably didn't get to leave the shop until nearly 7 pm but not once did he disturb us he respected the moment and let us have it in peace and in our own time.
The service he gave was just lovely. I imagine my mum looking down on it and giggling along. We didn't want anything depressing but we did want it all to be about mum and how great she was and Andy did it perfectly!! It felt like it was a family member talking about her. Everyone said what a lovely service it was and they even said Andy was so good they thought he must have been a family member!
Lots of lovely memories with a few laughs thrown in... just perfect. Sorry for the rambling email I just wanted you all to know how much my brother, family and I appreciate the love and respect you have shown us and my mum over the last few weeks. We will certainly be recommending you guys!

I honestly cannot thank Debi and her team enough for everything she has done for my family over the past few weeks. I lost my husband at the beginning of November and my brother a few days after that. Debi was patient, kind, thoughtful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. She made this whole nightmare bearable to deal with. She is a credit to her industry x
Will never find the words to thank you all for the beautiful services you’ve provided for my family. These last 2 1/2 years I’ve lost both my stepdad and my dad. All of you have always ensured everything is absolutely perfect and granted every wish. What an amazing family unit you have all together. Just lovely
I chose Searson's because I'd been to a funeral & thought Andy was absolutely brilliant, I also had amazing feedback about all the team. Losing my mum was the hardest thing I have ever had to face in life & as soon as I called Searsons and spoke to Lily, she dealt with us with so much compassion and made a very difficult situation run as smoothly as possible. They were so personal & even allowed us to visit my mum on Mother's Day, a Sunday when they are usually closed. I will be eternally thankful for this & for everything they did for my mum & my family. The service was second to none, We had over 250 people & Andy had people smiling, clapping & laughing as well as crying. He uplifted the whole crematorium and made it a true celebration of my amazing mum's life. He did my mum & us so proud as well as the whole team at Searsons. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. So many people have complimented the service and we were happy to recommend Searsons because we think there is no better funeral services around Xxx
Wow-what can I say this company is amazing unfortunately the father in law passed away and we didn't have a clue when it came to a funeral the Searson Family helped us all the way through from start to finish everything went to plan the service was lovely just want we wanted at very good prices we met with a few of the season family lilly, Debbie and Andy all were very approachable and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Communication couldn't fault in any way x Thank you Searons family x The bingo coffin was definitely a hit and made an impact xx
