PROFESSIONAL CHARGES

In alignment with legislation that came into effect on the 16th of September 2021, by the Competition and Markets Authority, Funeral Directors are required to offer a 'Standardised Price List' that reflects the essential services for both an Attended and Unattended Funeral. We have provided ours here, which will form the basis of every funeral we carry out. Even though we have these basic charges, we can reduce some costs. Should you wish to provide your bearers, we can deduct £100.00. In addition, if you do not want to visit the Chapel of Rest, we can make a further deduction.

 

Many funeral directors use the 'Standard Price List' to illustrate their 'Simple Funeral'. Consequently, you cannot often add services to this package and must opt for higher charges to provide a more tailored service. We believe the charges for the Attended Funeral account for most funerals we provide. Should you want to add a Limousine, upgrade the Coffin, include Floral Tributes, or other goods or services, you are free to do so.
